Weight loss journey on Medifast. On the morning I began the plan, I weighed in at 218. Later that same evening I weighed 210. 21 days later I weighed 189, and 9 weeks after starting, I weighed 156 pounds! Needless to say the loss was so fast that people weren't sure what had changed about me!
